What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.
My order status says “Processing.” What does that mean?
“Processing” simply means we have received your order! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and the order status will change to “Completed.”
How can I return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. As the customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend sending returns with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Note – for hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and cosmetic products are non-returnable.
Why can’t I return underwear, masks, hygiene products, or cosmetics?
Underwear, masks, and cosmetic items are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow the return of underwear, masks, hygiene products, or cosmetics to protect everyone’s safety. We are not alone in this — other retailers of these items also follow the same policy for the same reasons.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
No, all customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
What should I do if I received the wrong, faulty, damaged, or missing product?
If you received an incorrect, faulty, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve your issue quickly, include your order number and a photo showing the problem when you contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
How long does the return process take, and when will I get my refund?
Returns may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your bank within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item or process your cancellation request.
How long will I wait for my order?
Once your order and payment have been confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days. The average delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately. Please keep this in mind when receiving your deliveries. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@maija-outlet.com.
I want to change something in my order. How can I do that?
If you want to change the size or color of your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot make any changes after 24 hours or once the order has been processed.
