Return Policy
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer or their designated representative, as well as the business, receives the product.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The consumer may unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it. If the consumer chooses to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must return the product along with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, following the clear and reasonable instructions provided by the seller.
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the product. This must be done in writing/by email. After notifying the seller of their intention to withdraw, the consumer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof that the returned product was sent back on time, for example, by providing a postal receipt with a tracking number.
You received the wrong product.
We’re all human, right? Even though we double-check everything, mistakes can happen, and you might receive the wrong product. No problem — just send us a photo of the incorrect item at info@maija-outlet.com, and our customer service team will review it and assist you further.
You received a damaged or defective product.
Although quality is one of our top priorities, there might be rare cases where a damaged product is sent by mistake. In such cases, you do not need to return the item. You may keep or dispose of it. Simply email us at info@maija-outlet.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. If we confirm based on the photo that the product is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible, completely free of charge. If you meet these conditions, please email us at info@maija-outlet.com.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

The item is underwear, a mask, a hygiene product, or a cosmetic item.

The product(s) are defective but still in their original, sellable condition, unless the defect is our fault.

The product(s) are not in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
