Shipping policy

Maija Outlet works with local courier companies DHL and Poczta, allowing products to be delivered directly to your home or via postal service.

Payment will be charged at the time of placing the order, and all payments must be verified and authorized before delivery. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Delivery

Your order will be processed immediately, so it is not possible to make any changes (including address changes) after it has been placed. Delivery will only be made to the address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible solely for the cost of the purchased products, applicable delivery fees, and taxes.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Deliveries are made only on business days, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

On average, order processing takes 1–3 business days, but for some products, it may take longer—especially during the holiday season or if the order includes popular items with limited availability. Orders are shipped once stock availability has been confirmed.

If an order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and delivered on different days due to variations in the locations of our production partners.

Shipping Times

After your order is placed and payment confirmed, you can expect shipment within 1–3 business days. The average delivery time is 5–15 business days.

Note: The above delivery times are estimated business days. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Maija Outlet is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather conditions, labor disputes, demonstrations, etc., which may cause longer delays than originally estimated.

The estimated delivery time has passed — where is my order?

In 99% of cases, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, sometimes an order may be delayed during the shipping process. You can track your order status using the tracking number sent to you by email.
